We set a flat production cost ($30/Gram). You choose the final sale price (most meets set the price at $35–$45). Your meet keeps the difference as proceeds.
Yes. Meets must sell a minimum of 25 Grams to qualify for fundraising proceeds. Smaller meets can still participate, but without the fundraising payout.
We will mail you a check with your proceeds no longer than 10 days after your event. Checks are mailed via USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
Parents order directly through our website on a dedicated page for your meet. We manage all payments and customer service so your team doesn’t have to.
Yes, parents can review their design and request changes in our proof gallery. Parents receive a link to the gallery 2-3 weeks before the meet, and can submit changes before the deadline.
Every Gram is proofed three times before printing, plus a final post-print check. If an error still occurs, we’ll work with the parent to resolve it promptly. In most cases, they can choose to receive a reprint or a refund.
Good Luck Grams ship to your meet contact via UPS Ground and arrive on the Monday or Tuesday of meet week. For on-time delivery, please use a residence or a gym with staff available to receive packages Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm.
Gymnasts may pick up their Good Luck Gram before or after their session. Displays are designed for easy removal, so parents can take them without needing staff assistance.
We provide ready-to-use marketing materials: email templates, social posts, flyers, and graphics. All you need to do is share them with your registered gyms via email, on your website, on your meet's social media. We recommend sharing information a few times, especially right before the ordering deadline.
Very little! Good Luck Grams handles all design, proofing, printing, and shipping. Your team simply shares marketing materials we provide, and we ship directly to your venue for set-up by your volunteers.
